This sketch design has been commissioned by United Shipyard in Holland. Based on what they had seen of our other runabouts and Commuters, they wanted a design with the same appeal yet fitted with double Volvo Penta IPS 900 propeller pods, whereas the other runabouts and commuters all have conventional drive shafts. In addition we gave the design a little more length as well as extra beam. This has resulted in improved interior space as well as a cockpit that is far more spacious than the other designs. Currently the yard is building a very small 9 mtr. Runabout, which will be launched in 2009.
