The assignment for this project was to design a yacht suitable for private use as well as charter use. Although overall size has been relatively unimportant, whereas a sleek, modest, and elegant exterior have been paramount. With a styling of the 1980's in mind, when motor yachts still had an eye pleasing sheer and modest superstructures, we started at some 90 feet. But in pursuit of elegance, the design gradually gained foot after foot, until we found the ideal at 105 feet, allowing us to draw extended profile lines, and it provide the owner, his guests and crew with ample interior and deck space.
